This 2nd story addition keeps the original detailing of the existing home and surrounding neighborhood, while providing a master suite and 2 additional bedrooms. The design reflects the owners' desire for a mix of traditional and modern detailing and materials. The wood stair design was completed in Seattle, finalized and fabricated in Germany, and installed by the contractor on site.
